This is always a special time of year at SIT. Our spring study abroad students are getting ready to say farewell to their homestay families. Faculty and staff are making final preparations for a record summer programs class – including our new program in Colombia. Our campus in Vermont is brimming with SIT Graduate Institute students as they prepare to graduate on Saturday. Three Faculty Seminars Abroad will begin soon, as will our growing list of summer faculty-led and custom programs. We look forward to sharing more news with you at the NAFSA annual conference later this month and connecting with our large international network of faculty, staff, and alumni working in the field of international education.

Each has returned to her original study abroad location – Tanzania for coursework, and Peru for a practicum. “I really liked the idea of being able to spend time abroad as a graduate student – it’s what SIT does well,” one told us in an interview about why they chose the program.
